Nick Martin (founder)
Nick is an entrepreneur with extensive experience as a management consultant in IT test and project management across several different industries and environments. For the 4 years previous to Involvd he has been working in organisational change management within the public sector in the UK.
He’s British born and now experiencing life as an ex-pat in Denmark with his lovely soon-to-be-wife Louise (no date set, stop bugging), a challenging but incredibly charming 2 year-old daughter Annika and another one on the way.
As well as lifting Involvd from dream status into reality he’s in the process of learning to communicate in a virtually inaudible language – Danish.
Aparna Majmudar (co-founder)
Aparna is an American lawyer who feels passionate about making experiences, whether in work or play, personalized and rewarding. Her broad travel experience, which includes working in over forty countries, has further inspired Aparna to contribute to the dialogue of the efficient and sustainable use of resources, whether it is human labor, water, oil or time.
She finds cooking and eating, ever-stimulating, especially when it comes to innovative combinations. Her energy and creations in the kitchen puzzle her Danish husband (don’t worry, he is still grateful) while making her entrepreneurial parents in the restaurant industry proud.
Martin von Haller Grønbæk (legals)
Martin has been the pioneer in Denmark in respect of legal issues related to the use of the internet. In 2001 the von Haller Law Firm was born, and by 2004 it had established itself as the leading law firm in Denmark with a focus on IT, new technology, public tendering and start-ups.
As a senior partner in Bender von Haller Dragsted he assists clients in matters dealing with IT and web contracts, Internet law, corporate law, open source, Internet security and Wi-Fi.
Furthermore, he spends a lot of time on helping companies on legal and commercial issues with respect to fundraising via angel investors and venture capital which is great because we’ll be needing some of that very soon.
